7+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction, or general contracting 3+ years in a branch, regional, or operations management role Strong leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills Deep understanding of commercial flat roofing systems and construction practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in project and business management software (Sage CRE 300, The Edge preferred) Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regionally as needed Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field PMP certification or equivalent project leadership credentials Experience managing multiple crews and project managers in commercial roofing Familiarity with metal wall panels and complex envelope systems Job Benefits
