located in WINCHESTER, Tennessee, 37398. This is a part‑time merchandising position focused on ensuring Premium’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
Answer step‑by‑step questions via Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
Represent Premium and Premium clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
How You Will Succeed
Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart associates.
Work independently while remaining an extension of the Walmart family.
Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and the Premium team.
Share best practices through Walmart team channels and closed social media groups.
Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for challenges.
Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reporting work the same day completed.
Tools and Resources
Reliable transportation to access multiple retail locations.
A smartphone with data and internet to report and upload photos.
