Beverage Director – Design-Driven Lifestyle Hotel A new, design-driven lifestyle hotel opening in Midtown is seeking a

Beverage Director

to lead the creation, execution, and ongoing evolution of its bar and beverage programs across multiple dining and social spaces. This is a rare opportunity to build something signature from the ground up.

What You'll Lead

Build and launch creative cocktail, wine, and spirits programs that reflect a polished, contemporary NYC feel.

Own full beverage operations: product selection, vendor partnerships, cost controls, and menu development.

Implement systems for inventory management, costing, ordering, and pars to maintain strong COGS.

Recruit, train, and develop a bar team focused on technique, hospitality, speed, and consistency.

Work collaboratively with Culinary & F&B leadership to create a cohesive guest experience.

Be present on the floor during peak services as a hands‑on leader and cultural ambassador.

Ideal Experience

Proven success leading beverage programs in

high-volume, design-forward

restaurants, hotels, or cocktail bars.

Strong background in

craft cocktails , innovation, bar operations, and cost management.

Skilled in training and elevating bartenders — building a culture of excellence and accountability.

Enjoys building systems, developing teams, and taking ownership during pre‑opening through launch.
