The Territory Manager is responsible for developing distribution across the specified territory. The successful candidate will identify, train, motivate and evaluate industrial dust collection and machinery dealers, manufacturers’ representatives, OEMs, installers and mechanical contractors to increase sales of our ducting products. The candidate can be easily trained in the basics of the company’s products, dust collection and duct system design.
Responsibilities
Develop and motivate a distribution network across the territory.
Grow Duct Fabrication & Installation portfolio to achieve and exceed bookings and revenue targets through outbound and inbound call activities.
Perform basic duct system design using proprietary CAD tools.
Build and maintain a balanced funnel of sales prospects to drive bookings and grow revenue.
Serve as a subject matter expert for KB Duct Products.
Handle technical support questions from new and existing customers.
Collaborate with Engineering and Outside Sales on new product applications and cross sell opportunities.
Provide customer support via email and by phone.
Consult with customers on current and future projects.
Utilize Salesforce.com to track the sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
Quote prices and manage quote follow‑up activities.
Coordinate the fulfilment of customer requirements (technical support, training, sales collateral, etc.).
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
Other job duties as assigned.

This position may require weekend travel, with 15% or more travel requirement.
Qualifications
BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Equivalent Experience.
Experience selling filtration or air handling equipment, or other technical solutions and equipment into industrial markets is preferred.
Ability to read and understand contracts.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
Experience with Sales Force is desired.
Ability to work with customer specifications.
Ability to interpret and apply different specifications to the design and selection of duct work.
Strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work as a team with inside sales.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to present products to customers in a professional manner.
Travel Requirements Incumbents are expected to travel as needed to support assigned business lines(s) and must have the ability to travel across borders.

Work Environment: This position is based in a remote, home‑office setting. The role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet access and a quiet environment conducive to focused work.
Physical Demands: Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.
The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
