Locations Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; Columbus, OH; Dayton, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities
Prepare and argue motions; take depositions; handle complex discovery and Electronic Storage Information (ESI).
Develop cases for trial.
Work with clients on health‑care regulatory matters, HIPAA, state and federal agency audits, payor disputes, administrative proceedings, and ERISA litigation.
Provide significant client contact and manage all aspects of complex health‑care litigation and compliance.
Qualifications
Two to five years of litigation experience.
Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in health‑care litigation preferred.
License to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania or willingness to sit for the exam in one of those states.
Strong academic background; knowledge of health‑care regulatory matters.
