FSM manages the Boston Common Golf (BCG) team, a new professional golf team that competes in the TGL presented by SoFi. BCG features top players like Rory McIlroy, Keegan Bradley, Adam Scott, and Hideki Matsuyama and plays matches at the SoFi Center, a state‑of‑the‑art venue in Palm Beach, Florida.
Position Overview This position will be responsible for managing and activating BCG’s multi‑million dollar portfolio of corporate partners. The role requires building close relationships, maintaining extreme attention to detail, and working with kindness and thoroughness. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to work in a team‑first, collaborative environment.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 based on relevant experience. Additionally, this position qualifies for annual incentive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Serve as day‑to‑day liaison between the team, league, and partners
Develop activation plans and implement partnership assets for all BCG partners
Monitor sponsorship asset delivery and provide regular reports
Manage team sponsorship inventory, including sold and available assets
Lead the creation of mid‑year and season‑end recaps based on partners’ objectives and activation
Work with internal and external groups to build season plans that meet and exceed partner objectives
Help build, maintain, and grow partner relationships at all levels
Assist in planning and executing BCG‑owned events
Collaborate with marketing to integrate sponsors into social, digital, and event promotions
Ensure the highest level of partner satisfaction through outstanding customer service
Qualifications
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, preferably for a venue, team, league, property, or sports/entertainment marketing agency
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working with Salesforce CRM systems is a plus
History of working with top local, regional, and national brands on activation platforms, including digital, social, media, community, branding, content, and in‑market activities
Ability to develop creative proposals that meet and exceed partners’ needs
Ability to read, interpret, and provide feedback on partnership agreements
Strong peer‑level relationship skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong presentation, written, and communication skills
Strong time‑management, customer‑service, and organizational skills
High energy with ability to work long/flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to travel to all BCG matches and partnership events
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience with major social media platforms
