What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead large-scale team engagements that include multiple deliverables - Serve as the key contact with clients to ensure needs are met and timelines are adhered to - Develop and manage strategy sessions to identify actionable business solutions - Identify issues and risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive open items to closure - Facilitate Lessons Learned reviews to improve processes within new business implementations

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare insurance - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and motivate team members - Experience with technology tools such as Smartsheets and Microsoft Project - Ability to effectively lead and manage client contracts and adhere to state and federal regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - PMP certification is a plus but not required - Experience in leading unique or high-profile business initiatives - Familiarity with ETL data processes - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive change - Experience working with external clients in a professional capacity
