About the Role
Join FFL Group’s bakery team as a
Senior Baker
and take the lead in crafting premium cakes, breads, and pastries. This is a hands‑on role where creativity meets precision — perfect for someone passionate about French bakery techniques and new cake designs. What You’ll Do
Create and bake
new cakes, pastries, and breads
with a focus on French bakery style. Develop
seasonal menu items
and innovative cake designs. Maintain high standards of
quality and consistency . Ensure
kitchen cleanliness
and food safety compliance. Monitor inventory and assist with
ingredient ordering . Train and guide junior bakers
to maintain production quality. What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ experience
as a baker or pastry chef, ideally in a French or artisanal bakery. Strong creativity in cake design and recipe development. Solid knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. A
team player
with good communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Working Hours:
48 hours per week, 5 days (flexible schedule) AWS:
