Job Title
Work Study - Student Solution Center
Location CCGA- Main Campus (Brunswick)
Job Type Part‑Time, Temporary (19.5 hours per week maximum)
About the Role This part‑time student position allows students to assist at the Student Solution Center for the College of Coastal Georgia. Employees will represent the Office and the College positively to internal and external constituents, answer inbound and outbound calls, and support the Solution Center Specialist with daily operations.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance to students while completing forms and applications.
Perform clerical duties and run errands as directed.
Assist with special projects and campus outreach to educate students on available services.
Support the main line and the offices of Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Testing, Academic Advising, Housing, and Admissions.
Perform any related work as required.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
Must have Federal Work Study funds awarded (Coast Award letter).
Must upload Coast Award Letter when prompted.
May not be employed in more than one campus job at a time.
High integrity, effective written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary $9.00 per hour.
Benefits & Other Information Students will not work during scheduled class time; the schedule is set by the supervisor. Successful completion of a background investigation and legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
