Rate: $19 USD per hour

WPM is looking for a friendly and energetic individual, with sales and customer service experience to join our leasing team at Twin Ridge Apartments, located in Pikesville, MD. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with resident and potential resident files and performing other administrative duties. Qualified candidates will be organized and detail oriented. Previous experience in customer service is preferred; some leasing experience is a plus.

Hourly rate starting at $19 an hour

This is a part‑time position; you would be required to work two 8‑hour shifts per week from 8:45 am–5:30 pm and Saturday from 10 am–5 pm.

Essential Functions

Track all phone and walk‑in traffic by recording it into the system daily; prepare weekly traffic reports.

Assist applicants with the application process and gather supporting documentation.

Maintain marketing materials.

Manage vacancies by maintaining vacancy reports daily, performing all checklist items to prepare vacant units for move‑in.

Ensure vacant apartments are ready for move‑in by performing minor cleaning of fixtures, floors, windows, etc.

Promote resident retention through completion of tasks in Resident Retention Plan; plan, assist with, and participate in community events for residents.

Visit competitor properties quarterly to stay informed of competitor specials.

Assist management in establishing, promoting, and maintaining positive relations with residents and with everyday operations of the property.

Provide prospects, residents, and vendors with assistance in scheduling building tours, maintenance communications, building procedures, and general building information.

Coordinate, market and participate in resident outreach and marketing events.

Provide support to Property Managers by producing, modifying, and/or distributing various forms, spreadsheets, manuals, information packages, etc.

Process correspondence with residents, contractors, and other third parties for Property Management staff.

Maintain and update insurance certificate files for all residents.

Assist in electronic/hard copy filing systems for all residents, invoices, purchase orders, vendors, and other files.

Contribute toward operational needs by helping to provide phone coverage and administrative support related to maintaining property management operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Require weekend work and occasional evenings.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
