Project Management – HR Initiatives

Hours/Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (On site Tue–Thur; hybrid optional Mon & Fri)
Compensation:
$55-$65/hr

Overview The Project Management will lead and support complex, strategic HR initiatives across North America. This role focuses on executing high-impact and often confidential projects related to Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Operations, and organizational transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and HR objectives.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
Track progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide updates to senior leadership.
Drive process improvement in project management methodologies and tools.
Partner with HR leaders to implement effective change management and communication strategies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a strong focus on HR-related initiatives.
Proven ability to manage large, complex, and confidential projects in a corporate environment; M&A experience a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HR functions including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience working within a matrixed, global organization is advantageous.
