Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
with expertise in
pediatric feeding therapy and
orofacial myology
. This is a
part-time position
with the potential to grow into a
full-time role
as our caseload expands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children and families, highly skilled in pediatric feeding, and trained in orofacial myology interventions.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Idaho Completion of
Feed the Peds training
, or similar pediatric feeding training, strongly preferred Formal training and certification in Orofacial Myology preferred
(IAOM or equivalent) Experience working with infants and children with feeding, swallowing, and oral motor disorders Strong clinical documentation, communication, and family collaboration skills
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric feeding and orofacial myology needs Provide evidence-based therapy in clinic and/or via teletherapy (as appropriate) Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for holistic care Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards Stay current with continuing education and best practices in pediatric feeding and orofacial myology
