Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Caregivers—we call ours Care Professionals—to join our team and support our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. We provide nonmedical services that help aging adults remain in their home with dignity and compassion. We are currently looking for Overnight Caregivers who can work between 7 PM and 7 AM.

What you will do as a caregiver at Home Instead

• Personal Care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Light Housekeeping & Laundry
• Grocery Shopping & Meal Prep
• Transportation to Appointments & Errands
• Companionship & Conversation
• Mobility Assistance, Support and Transfers
• Medication Reminders
• Hospice & Dementia Support (training provided)
• Participate in on-going training to update your skills

What You Will Need To Be Considered

• Preferably, at least 6 months of experience caring for an elderly person
• If no previous caregiver experience, we will train you on the skills and techniques to deliver personal care
• Known for dependability and building relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Tech savvy – we use Well Sky App to manage care plans
• At least 18 years old
• Able to lift, push, pull 25 lbs
• Valid driver license and an insured vehicle
• Local commute
• Non smoker
