Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive, professional interaction in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approve company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

Desired Skills / Experience

• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Own a car, valid driver’s license, registration, insurance, and a smartphone with a data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a motor‑vehicle background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
