Recruiting Specialist – Vyne

Reports to: Chief People Officer
Job Family: People Operations
Classification: Exempt / Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (Lindon, UT; 3‑4 days on site)

Summary

The Recruiting Specialist manages the full‑cycle recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and aligning hiring practices with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates based on the hiring manager’s requirements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to confirm candidate qualifications.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess fit.
  • Schedule interviews and provide detailed information to hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting interviews with managers, directors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on the offer process with the hiring manager and People Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions as needed.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on candidate selection decisions.
  • Act as the on‑site HR representative for the Lindon office.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Physical Demand

The role requires regular sitting, hand use, reaching with hands and arms, talking or hearing. Vision needs include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

  • Financial Administration: May access and secure financial administrative accounts.
  • Application Administration: May administer secure user access to corporate applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiter experience, preferably in dental and/or SaaS industries.
  • Experience with Paycom strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in G‑Suite preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and manage well at all levels.
  • High integrity, dependability, sense of urgency and results orientation.
