This facility is a leading medical center in western Pennsylvania featuring a Level 1 trauma center. The cardiology department utilizes Epic EMR and offers comprehensive cardiac care services with strong support staff and modern technology for both interventional and general cardiology procedures.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Cardiology
Job Details:
• General Cardiology rounding in hospital 8am-4pm for the week of 11/17-11/24
• Interventional coverage - including general rounding plus STEMI coverage day and night
• Preference for a single provider who can handle both general cardiology rounding and STEMI coverage
• Must have current/active PA license or IMLC
• Board Certification required
• Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
• Required certifications include ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
• Echocardiography and TEE (Transesophageal Echo) experience required
• STEMI management experience required
• Preferred skills include outpatient and inpatient cardiology, ICU experience, nuclear cardiology, invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Experience with cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, and atherectomy preferred
• Electrophysiology experience including cardiac ablation and device placement preferred
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 10 days
• Lodging accommodations arranged by the facility
