Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population, with 75 percent Spanish-speaking patients (interpreters and Spanish-speaking medical assistants available)
- Deliver care to a patient base comprised of approximately 78 percent medical and Medicaid recipients
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and clinical workflows
- Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and standards of practice
Additional Information
- Locum experience required
- FQHC, rural health, or IHS experience preferred
- Recent Family Practice experience is mandatory; internal medicine or pediatrics-only backgrounds are not accepted
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license, DEA registration, and furnishing license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
