Overview
Bridges/Waterstone at Norwalk is part of EPOCH Senior Living. We are seeking an RN Designee to support the Wellness Director in a Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities
The RN Designee works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. Assist the Wellness Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing day-to-day functions of the wellness department. Assist in periodic resident assessments and care planning. Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CT with experience in Assisted Living. Some experience with dementia is required. On-call rotation is required. Strong leadership, supervisory and communication skills; supervises and mentors nursing staff. RN degree with at least two years of full-time or full-time equivalent clinical nursing experience. At least 1 year of experience with a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick is preferred. Benefits and Schedule
