This remote role is based in Germany. You will work with teams across the business to boost customer acquisition and retention and increase brand awareness for Bloom & Wild in Germany. ⚙️ What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Partnerships & Business Development Lead for Germany & Austria, you’ll support the commercial performance of online and offline marketing channels and help grow awareness for the Bloom & Wild brand in the German market. The main local marketing channels you’ll work with are partnerships & affiliates. We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated Marketing Associate to help grow our commercial channels. Sitting within the Commercial Team, this role focuses on acquiring new customers and generating new revenue while building brand awareness, trust, and visibility through impactful partnerships with companies and brands. This role is a remote role, based in Germany. You will work with a wide range of teams to boost customer acquisition and retention and increase overall awareness for the Bloom & Wild brand in Germany. ⚙️ Responsibilities
Partnership Management: help building out our partnership strategy in DE to localise efforts and bring awareness to the brand for both new and existing customers Research, identify and prioritise partners and potential brands for commercial and brand partnerships, based on Bloom & Wild’s goals Find and set up new channel opportunities to leverage our brand Maintain and expand portfolio of tactical and commercial partnerships; source a longlist of potential partners Draft proposals and coordinate what is needed to launch and develop partnerships Develop opportunities with new or existing partners; forward assets (copy, imagery) with seasonal relevance Account management of existing partnerships and support DE partnership initiatives (online campaigns, affiliate promotions, offline activations, pop-ups, in-store collaborations) Work with Brand, PR, and Creative teams to structure partnerships and provide assets Share new assets with partners and ensure seasonal relevance for the German market ⚙️ Events & Workshops
Plan, organise, and execute workshops and events for press, influencers, and customers in Germany Host and represent Bloom & Wild at partnership events and activations (some travel required) Create event content and materials; request and distribute marketing & PR assets with German tone of voice Marketing Channels & Affiliate Management
Manage the Bloom & Wild DE country-specific affiliate program and accelerate channel growth Coordinate placements with Partnerize and distribute offers, codes, banners, etc. Plan affiliate budget and forecast for retention and acquisition Maintain and expand partnership portfolio; source new opportunities and draft proposals Forward seasonal assets to partners; ensure continued growth of B2B and in-box inserts channels Manage ongoing orders with B2B customers and enable self-ordering for business customers Ownership of monthly invoicing for B2B customers Process incoming orders and provide clear overviews for Warehouse and Central Operations Planning Oversee homepage banner uploads and seasonal landing page updates Others

Have 1-2 years of relevant commercial partnerships, (affiliate) marketing, or account management experience Are proactive and results-driven with a track record of delivering impact on commercial metrics through marketing activities Have knowledge of the German market and customer behavior, with awareness of current trends to apply in marketing channels Are logical in problem solving and able to simplify complexity Have experience with internal and external stakeholder management Can work collaboratively with attention to detail, pragmatism and delivery Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking Are willing to travel within Germany for events, workshops, and activations Fluent in German (minimum C1) and English Preferably based in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, or nearby We’re committed to building a diverse team and welcome candidates with different strengths and experiences.
