$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position Summary... What you'll do
Ensure area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages. Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and assisting members with locating merchandise. Provide member service in the self-checkout area by resolving member issues, promoting Sam\'s Club products and services, guiding members on self-service technology, processing member purchases, handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types, and assisting members with transactions in the self-checkout area. Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam\'s Club assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork logs and required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices. Assist with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, teach new technology and tool functionality, deliver program rollout training, and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by applying related action plans using the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; identify improvement opportunities; and adapt to change and feedback.
