Job Summary We are seeking an

Assistant Clinical Director

to join our team! This role is ideal for a BCBA who is ready to grow into leadership. As the Assistant Clinical Director, you’ll support clinic operations, guide staff development, and ensure high-quality care for families.

Responsibilities

Support the Clinical Director in day-to-day clinic management

Perform client intakes and functional assessments

Create and oversee individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy as needed using evidence-based methods

Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs

Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and team members

Ensure compliance with BACB and clinic standards

Assist with staff training, scheduling, and quality assurance

Qualifications

Master’s degree in behavior analysis, counseling, or related field

Current and unrestricted BCBA certification

Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred

CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Passion for supporting children, families, and clinical teams
