Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager – Salesforce
to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementation, client satisfaction, and team excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), combined with leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery governance skills. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the
end-to-end delivery
of Salesforce projects across multiple business units. Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and compliance standards. Oversee
Salesforce solution architecture , integrations, and deployment pipelines. Manage and mentor delivery teams including developers, admins, architects, and QA. Conduct regular delivery reviews, sprint planning, and risk assessments. Drive continuous improvement in project execution, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Partner with
Sales, Pre-Sales, and Account Management
to identify new opportunities and support solutioning. Track and report key delivery metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years managing Salesforce project delivery. Strong understanding of
Salesforce ecosystem
– Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform. Proven experience in
Agile/Scrum delivery management . Experience managing large, cross-functional Salesforce teams and offshore delivery models. Familiarity with
Salesforce DevOps tools
(Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g.,
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, PMP, or Scrum Master ). Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in
consulting or IT services delivery
environment. Exposure to
integration projects
using APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware. Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and client engagements. Details
