The headquarters are in Gothenburg, Sweden, and the company employs more than 1,500 people worldwide. We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to strengthen our team in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities

Manufacturing and maintenance supervision:

oversee and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance and facility team to ensure equipment reliability, facility upkeep, minimal downtime, and a safe working environment; provide hands-on technical support while supervising technicians, assigning work orders, and maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Team leadership and documentation:

supervise, train, and mentor maintenance and facility technicians; maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, equipment history, and compliance records; ensure preventive maintenance and repair activities are completed on time and to standard. Equipment and project support:

support upgrades and improvements by fabricating, modifying, or coordinating modifications; participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to meet operational and customer requirements. Cross-functional collaboration:

partner with production, engineering, and EHS teams to identify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions; work closely with technicians to share knowledge and promote continuous improvement. Skills

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; PLC and HVAC experience is a plus. Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and solve problems effectively. Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations; ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices to minimize equipment downtime. Effective communication skills to interact with team members, production staff, and leadership; ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, urgent repairs, and after-hours needs. Experience

Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities environment. Minimum 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs preferred. Background working in cleanroom, GMP, or ISO-certified environments desirable (if applicable to your industry). Education

Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred; equivalent technical experience accepted. Electrical, Welding, and/or OSHA Safety Training are a plus Physical Demands

Prolonged standing, walking, and movement within production and cleanroom environments. Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 20 lbs; heavier objects may require mechanical assistance or team lift. Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as dictated by task and environment. Visual and hearing requirements sufficient to perform inspections, read technical documentation, view computer screens, and perceive alarms. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined or awkward positions as necessary. Working Conditions

Primarily on the production floor with regular work in manufacturing and cleanroom environments. Standard schedule is Monday–Friday on first shift, with flexibility to support urgent maintenance needs or other operational demands. Frequent hands-on interaction with machinery, tools, equipment, and production materials. Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
