SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER, PE - URBAN DESIGN
EMH&T is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to join our team as a Project Manager in our Urban Design division located in Columbus, OH. This position works directly with the client and is responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications. Our Urban Design team coordinates with many stakeholders and facilitates mutually beneficial design for renewed infrastructure. We design the spectrum of utility infrastructure from water, wastewater, and storm sewer rehabilitation, to telecommunications and energy wires and pipeline extensions. Responsibilities
Manage project planning and organize workflow; work directly with clients to align project goals and expectations. Provide technical oversight of various project components, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable standards. Oversee the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, and perform plan reviews and modifications as needed. Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate mutually beneficial design solutions for urban infrastructure projects. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Professionally licensed in Ohio. Site civil development experience. 10+ years work experience in civil engineering is required. A self-starter with dependability and the ability to work both independently and in a team; strong communication skills; attention to detail. Benefits
