We bring exceptional brands and products to the… Your Role at KIK The Sr. Digital Product Manager (MarTech) will be responsible for delivering the strategic vision for Marketing Technology across the KIK Pool Division’s portfolio of brands. The current Marketing Technology portfolio consists of best-in-class water testing and pool care solutions developed for both consumers and retail store associates. The focus of this role will be to leverage Marketing Technology to deliver a competitive advantage and revenue growth to the KIK Pool business and its Retail Partners, while creating brand stickiness with Pool Owner consumers. The Sr. Digital Product Manager will maintain the current suite of Apps, Websites, and Consumer Databases; while leading the charge to bring innovative technologies into pool care.
Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing
Own the Marketing Tech Stack for KIK Pool Division’s brand portfolio; inclusive of the Clorox Pool&Spa, Pool Time, and BioGuard brands.
Leverage Marketing Technology expertise and strong business acumen to develop the MarTech product roadmap to maintain KIK Pool position as an innovative leader in pool care technology.
Lead development of next gen technology platforms that drive value to the business, the customer, and the consumer by creating unique experiences, brand stickiness and increase customer lifetime value.
Partner with cross-functional team leads across Marketing, R&D, and Sales to deliver new product innovation.
Manage database connectivity to business intelligence and CRM platforms in order to extract actionable business insights and drive customized marketing communications.
Maintain current Marketing Technology stack, including consumer Water Testing Apps, Product Recommendation engine, Websites, and Azure database.
Remain current on customer/consumer needs, technology trends, and competitor Marketing Technology products.
Qualifications What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Technical Education in software development, web design or user experience design.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in digital product management, with a focus on developing consumer-facing applications.
Strong foundational understanding of current Marketing Technology and Advanced Technology tools.
Experience successfully managing agency partner account teams, developers, and designers.
Demonstrated focus on quality product delivery (unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing)
Expertise in Agile project management and the ability to successfully deliver multiple initiatives.
Analytical skills to identify ROI for major product initiatives and technology transitions.
Proven success with large scale digital transformation initiatives.
Ability to articulate vision to cross-functional executive leadership team.
