Cobalt Power Systems is a leading provider of residential and commercial solar projects in the Bay Area. We are seeking 10 experienced Solar Installers to join our dedicated team of 3-4 experts. If you have prior solar or construction experience, that is a plus; otherwise, we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training. Responsibilities
Install roof‑mount and ground‑mount solar PV systems for both residential and commercial sites. Install Tesla Powerwall systems. Perform safe and compliant electrical wiring, conduit bending, and racking. Read and interpret plans, schematics, and building codes. Assist with safety practices, site preparation, and equipment handling. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Training & Qualifications
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Knowledge of electrical systems and construction best practices. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Availability to work flexible hours as required by project schedules. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits
