Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage cold chain; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assist with purchasing decisions and payment types; locate merchandise; resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Be a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and Open Door Policy in business processes. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; seek improvements and adapt to change. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Other qualifications may apply as listed in the job posting.
