Business Development Client Executive, Insurance MGA. Base pay range: $97,847.00/yr - $165,707.00/yr. Remote position; candidates must reside within the U.S. Travel may be required. This role drives growth by cultivating client relationships, leading the client account planning cycle, and ensuring client needs are met. Responsibilities
Direct strategy, planning, and execution of business development activities within assigned accounts. Develop and maintain trusted partner relationships with clients to understand their unique business goals and activities. Proactively introduce solutions and ideas to clients to help them improve business performance. Manage the sales lifecycle and effectively communicate the business and financial cases to close sales. Ensure client satisfaction and retention by strategically managing the client relationship. Develop relationships with internal and external customers and centers of influence to identify and leverage strategic partnerships and generate referrals. Execute deliverables within marketing and go-to-market initiatives. Learn new ReSource Pro products and services and introduce them to the client base. Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to deliver compelling value propositions. Stay current with industry trends and develop strategic relationships with industry influencers to identify business development opportunities. What You Need To Be Successful
2-5 years' experience in business development or strategic account management, preferably with BPO 2-5 years insurance industry experience MGA experience preferred Bachelor’s degree Experience selling products or services to insurance organizations Insurance designations preferred Proven record of sales success and internal drive to persevere and grow client relationships Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to listen effectively Exceptional interpersonal skills Your Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, with variable compensation eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities. This is a remote position with a salary range of $97,847 - $165,707; the range may vary by geographic location. This role is eligible for commission in addition to base pay, with an uncapped commission structure.
