Grid Connection Manager – Grid Integration / Electrical Power / Power Distribution / Grid Infrastructure / High Voltage / Grid Engineering / Power Transmission Responsibilities
Lead, define and execute bespoke high-voltage grid connection projects for multiple BESS / Renewable Energy teams across Europe. Negotiate grid connection agreements with TSOs/DSOs and coordinate with contractors, consultants and grid-operators. Deliver power-infrastructure or grid-connection projects from technical definitions through to agreement negotiation and execution. What’s on offer?

with broad scope — navigate complex grid-connection challenges and take on greater responsibility than typically available in a TSO/DSO or OEM environment. The opportunity to join a leading clean-energy company, which after a record year in 2024 is now a European frontrunner in enhancing energy system flexibility, deploying 400 MW of energy storage capacity across 20+ sites. — remote first, with the option to work from anywhere in Germany when not meeting external stakeholders in person, or from an office in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich. Your profile
A background in electrical or industrial engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in high-voltage/high-power systems (up to 380 kV). Proven experience delivering power-infrastructure or grid-connection projects: from technical definitions through to agreement negotiation and execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage contractors, consultants and grid-operators (DSOs/TSOs). Language requirements
Fluent English required, with German as a bonus. Seniority level
