We’re seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to ensure smooth onsite execution, vendor coordination, and attendee engagement across three impactful days. What You’ll Do
Manage onsite logistics: registration, flow, timing, and signage. Oversee vendors, venue, and production teams for flawless delivery. Support speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors with logistics and activations. Handle real-time problem solving and communication during event hours. What You Bring
2–4+ years in event coordination. Proactive, organized, and calm under pressure. Experience with Microsoft tools. Available onsite in Miami for Nov 19–21, 2025. Hours: Early starts (~7 AM) until close. Compensation: Competitive day rate. Why Join BMA Conventions
