This role specifically will support the J&J Global Supply Chain Services (Portfolio Operations & Strategy Team) Portfolio Management & Operations: Support Global Supply Chain Services Portfolio Operations & Reporting. Project Management & Support: Participate in the Shaping of future Next Generation Projects & Programs in support of Global Supply Chain Services strategy. Digital & Data Analytics Team Support: Provide Support (Coding, Dashboarding, etc.) to our Digital & Data Analytics team. Qualifications / Requirements

Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business (Management, Marketing, etc.), Math (Statistics, etc.), Accounting / Economics / Finance, Computer/ Software / Systems Engineering, Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, or a related field. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.4 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. Power Apps Portfolio Management (Data Integrity, User Training, etc.), Power BI Analysis / Visualizations, Technology Platform Roadmap (Power Apps, Power BI and/or Other) are preferred. Adaptability to any tools or new processes. Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills is required. Excellent communication, presentation skills and leadership skills are preferred. Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing results. Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to team goals. Participation in an Engineering Society is desired. Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities is desired. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
