The Role

Research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.

Design electrical equipment, facilities, components, and products for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Research, develop, and design electrical solutions for system integration of components and equipment onboard U.S. Navy ships.

Perform cognizant engineering liaison with other disciplines and lead shipcheck and drawing development efforts.

Coordinate drawing development with Design, Engineering, and QA teams, resolving issues and answering questions.

Work with waterfront personnel on installation issues.

Develop and coordinate drawing changes.

Review Government Furnished Information and coordinate with Engineering/Design to validate technical information and ensure proper design.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited school with 0 years of experience.

Nice to Have

C4ISR / Warfare Systems background is preferred.

Competent in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
