$35.00/hr - $45.00/hr What You’ll Do
Install, wire, and maintain electrical systems for residential and small commercial solar projects. Run DC/AC circuits, install battery backup systems, EV chargers, and service upgrades. Read and interpret single-line diagrams and construction drawings. Bend and install conduit (up to 2”) with precision and safety. Troubleshoot, inspect, and ensure all work meets NEC and OSHA standards. Collaborate with inspectors and lead installers to keep projects on track. Maintain tools, vehicles, and accurate project documentation. 3+ years of electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair experience. Deep understanding of NEC and local electrical codes. Ability to supervise small crews or take ownership of field tasks. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license and comfort working on rooftops and in all weather. 401(k) and other benefits including full benefits package. Qualifications
