Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Real Estate Sales Trainer / Manager – Charlotte, NC We are a rapidly growing Real Estate firm in Charlotte, NC, currently hiring a Real Estate Sales / Training Manager. The role is on-site and requires local residency or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

Onboard, coach, and train new agents

Coach and develop agents to meet sales goals

Maintain and enhance the agent training curriculum

Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business objectives

Support agents in achieving sales performance while ensuring compliance with company policies

Qualifications

Licensed real estate agent or licensed at some point in career

Hunter mentality with strong motivation to recruit and train high performers

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously

Proven track record of leading training or sales enablement initiatives (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits Base salary $110,000 – $175,000 per year, plus performance bonuses.
