Role: Field Executive – Le Labo – Uptown – New York, NY.

Responsibilities

Sales‑related responsibilities and sales support, including review of retail sales targets and performance for each door on a monthly basis with ASOM; analyze performance of business vs. sales objectives, sales trends, and competition; generate sales reports; ensure brand image and visual merchandising are aligned with brand standards at retail counters; coordinate and execute promotions, in‑store programs, and activities; ensure BAs are aware of the marketing calendar and promotions; coach BAs to achieve sales goals.

Marketing support: coordinate and execute Newness, promotions, and in‑store programs with ASOM and Store Design Visual Merchandising team; monitor product trends and opportunities; ensure go‑to‑market materials are available in store; provide promotions reports and competitive intelligence.

Supervision and team management of Beauty Advisors: assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity; ensure grooming standards; provide training and coaching to BAs on selling skills, brand stories, and product knowledge; collaborate with Education team to develop training materials; focus on in‑store coaching and brand‑agnostic topics as needed; spend minimum 70% of time in‑store coaching BAs.

Education and training: conduct initial onboarding for new Beauty Advisors in lower tier doors; run in‑store and virtual coaching sessions; use E‑learning platforms to improve customer experience and sales productivity.

Qualifications

B.A. degree with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in travel retail

Well groomed with good organization and communication skills

Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) and in‑person presentations

Empathy, agility, and a can‑do attitude

Proficient in MS Office and Excel; comfortable learning new technology platforms

Willingness to travel; proven sales track record

Pay and Benefits The anticipated hourly range for this position is

$77,440.00 to $116,160.00 . Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. The hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
