As a Sports Coordinator, your competencies will be used towards the planning and the coordination of the operations and delivery of sports programs in your location for the officer cadets of the Royal Military College Saint-Jean. This includes both intramural sports and competitive representative sports teams at the provincial level (RSEQ), as well as nationally and internationally, in sports such as hockey, volleyball, soccer, running, track and field, swimming, triathlon, flag football, broomball, fencing, judo, taekwondo, and basketball. On a daily basis, you will be involved in the organization, coaching, and officiating of sports, clinics and training camps. You will also use your expertise to monitor, evaluate and recommend improvements to the sports programs.Join us to make the difference in something that is greater than a “game sheet”. We believe that when members of the Canadian Armed Forces are able to take good care of themselves and their families, they can do better both at home and at work. Whether families need to sign the kids up for swimming lessons , improve their fitness, make friends in a new community, our services are here to help.You will have a diverse portfolio, providing programs to preschoolers, to adults and seniors . Each day will be different as you coordinate the details of community fitness, sports, arts and culture programming, civic events and oversee services such as libraries and membership offices. You will have a chance to expand your skills and share your passions as you mentor junior staff and volunteers all with the goal of improving the quality of life for our military. **Qualifications Needed**
