Peco Foods is seeking a
Senior Recruiting Specialist
to join our Corporate HR team. This individual will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across the organization while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders. The Senior Recruiting Specialist will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting, provide guidance on best practices, and help drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet current and future workforce needs. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the offer process. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies tailored to each role. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and skills alignment with organizational needs. Lead Peco Foods’ internship program including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing program evaluation to ensure a high-quality experience for interns and positive business impact for the organization. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives. Facilitate and continuously improve the employee onboarding process ensuring new hires have a positive experience and the tools needed for long-term success. Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives at Peco Foods’ corporate office, including recognition programs, culture-building activities, and feedback processes to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to delivering exceptional results. Seniority level
