The Role We’re looking for amid-level Procurement & Accounting Coordinatorto manage purchasing, vendor relationships, financial processes, and light reception tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to both design operations and accounting, with growth opportunities into project management and procurement leadership.
What You’ll Do
Handle FF&E procurement: sourcing, purchase orders, tracking, and installation coordination.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure design intent, schedule, and budgets are met.
Manage accounts payable and receivable: process vendor invoices, track client payments, reconcile budgets.
Maintain accurate project and financial records.
Support light reception duties: greet visitors, field calls, and assist the team with administrative needs.
Build strong vendor relationships and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years in procurement, accounting, or office administration; interior design or hospitality experience a plus.
Comfortable with general accounting: AP, AR, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with QuickBooks, Design Smart, or Design Manager preferred.
Professional, service-oriented, and passionate about luxury design experiences.
