Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst position is in the Budget & Revenue division of the Business Office. Responsibilities include preparation and maintenance of the annual operation budget, accounting and fiscal compliance reporting for all revenue sources including fee‑for‑service billing and contractual funding sources, preparation of monthly financials, participation in annual independent audits and agency and grantor audits, and preparation of financial analysis as assigned. The role performs highly advanced (senior level) financial analysis and regulatory work. Work involves administering financial processes and systems; reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating financial data; preparing reports and responding to inquiries; recommending and approving appropriate action to resolve financial and regulatory problems. The analyst may plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others, working under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the annual operation budget.

Provide accounting and fiscal compliance reporting for all revenue sources.

Prepare monthly financial statements.

Participate in independent audits, agency audits, and grantor audits.

Conduct financial analysis as assigned.

Administer financial processes and systems.

Review, analyze, evaluate financial data, prepare reports, respond to inquiries, and recommend actions to resolve problems.

Plan, assign, and/or supervise the work of others as appropriate.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.

Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in preparing financial statements, government accounting, budget preparation, and financial analysis.

Hours:

Full-Time.

Workdays:

Monday – Friday.

Work hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Salary:

$110,826.56 annually.
