Senior Tax Accountant About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join our client's corporate tax team. This role will focus on federal tax compliance and partnership reporting, while serving as a key liaison with the Big Four and other external advisors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical tax foundation, proven analytical abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-entity environment. Responsibilities
Lead preparation and review of federal tax compliance and partnership reporting. Act as primary liaison with external advisors and Big Four auditors on tax matters. Manage tax compliance for multiple entities and joint ventures. Analyze complex transactions and ensure alignment with GAAP and tax regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams to support tax planning and compliance. Qualifications
CPA strongly preferred. Public accounting or corporate tax experience; energy or construction industry experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of federal tax regulations and partnership reporting. Proven ability to manage multi-entity structures and joint ventures. Advanced analytical skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels. Why this role?
