PRO Customer Marketing Strategy Design and implement marketing strategies that support growth and retention of home improvement merchants/products or PRO customers. Develop programs and messaging that highlight value propositions specific to trade professionals (e.g., durability, reliability, performance, efficiency). Manage campaigns that target key customer segments within the home improvement business segment. Field & Local Marketing Support

Collaborate with the PRO and regional teams to support branch-level or field marketing efforts. Plan and execute customer-facing activities such as contractor events, training sessions, and promotional engagements. Provide marketing support materials and toolkits for use in local markets. Content & Messaging

Lead the creation of marketing content tailored to the home improvement base / PRO customer base, including digital and print materials, sales collateral, and email campaigns. Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all channels. Work with internal stakeholders to collect testimonials, case studies, and use-case-driven stories from the field. Digital & CRM Integration

Oversee digital marketing efforts aimed at the PRO audience, including paid advertising, email, and social content. Use CRM and analytics tools to track customer engagement and campaign performance. Segment customer data to create targeted marketing messages and offers. Essential Job Functions

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B, trade, home improvement business segment or PRO services environment. Experience developing marketing programs for contractor, builder, home improvement, or PRO audiences. Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
