Description Technicians need to be available to help pull cable and terminate keystone-style jacks at a large construction site. The responsibilities of a cable tech will consist of:
Pulling, terminating and testing Cat5/6 and fiber optic cables
Installing other cabling infrastructure (racks, cabinets, etc.)
Installing network racks and cabinets in server rooms
Reviewing job documentation for assigned projects including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, conduit call-outs, wall elevations, signal flow diagrams, and cable pull schedules
This job will require the employees to regularly stand, climb, walk, sit, push, pull, squat, crawl, and stoop. The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel objects, type on keyboard, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Use of power tools will be required to effectively perform this position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have PPE before starting: Hard hat with chin straps (any $20–$200 model), safety glasses, steel‑toed shoes, vest. Looking for techs with positive attitudes and great communication skills.
