Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis Design behavior intervention plans Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised Benefits
