- $100k to $125K plus production bonus plus revenue growth bonus

Hours : Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm & Friday: 8am-4pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet with existing clients for investment update and financial planning review meetings
Each client has a lead advisor and a servicing advisor. The client meets twice a year, once with the lead advisor and once with the servicing advisor.
Meet with new clients to assist lead advisor in providing financial planning services
Manage the financial planning process from start to finish for each client including:
Prepare financial plans using eMoney and other financial planning software
Create customized financial recommendations
Prepare investment recommendations
Present recommendations to clients
Conduct research as needed related to assigned client cases
Participate in the coordination of daily trading and reviewing daily completed tasks
Ensure compliance notation is adhered to
Assist in marketing materials development
Prepare and present webinars and seminars
Prepare trackers weekly
Write or update policies and procedures weekly
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client facing role
CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP™) designation is a plus
Series 65 license needed if you do not have CFP™
Life and Health Insurance licensed
Bachelor's degree or higher-level degree
Sales Training
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, investments, and insurance-based products
Knowledge of concepts and regulations related to financial planning
Knowledge of financial related technology, software planning tools and presentations
MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency to produce presentations, correspondence, electronic communication; maintain spreadsheets and databases
Skills Necessary
Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to present complex topics an easy to understand language
Detail oriented to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow
Skill in following up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
Ability to produce presentations, correspondence; maintain spreadsheets and databases
Ability to incorporate the financial needs and goals of a client into a succinct, professional presentation outlining their options
Read and interpret technical and legal documents; apply the information as appropriate
Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
