You will be responsible for being on-site at the following times: Thursday, November 13, 2025: 8:30 PM - 12:00 AM Friday, November 14, 2025: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM Responsibilities
Represent the company brand to riders and event attendees Guide riders to the pickup location Sign up new riders and connect them with the event experience Provide feedback to the team on rider sentiment Direct riders to the designated pickup location Promote downloading the company app for new customers Encourage attendees to visit the lounge and use charging stations Distribute hydration products to lounge visitors De-escalate and calmly manage tense or unexpected situations Offer basic technical assistance to riders, including app-related support Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: Customer Experience

Direct riders to the designated pickup location Promote downloading the company app for new customers Encourage event attendees to visit the lounge and use charging stations Hand out free hydration products to lounge visitors De-escalate and calmly manage tense interactions Brand Ambassador Responsibilities: Technical Assistance
Offer basic tech support to riders, including: Downloading or restarting the app Guiding users to the Help section for additional support or troubleshooting
Requirements
1+ years of experience in customer service with the ability to be on your feet throughout your shift General understanding of the ridesharing industry Accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities Adaptable to fluid environments Strong communication skills Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends Commitment
This is a 2-day contract position staffed via HireArt. This position will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Austin, TX area.
