Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service. Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality; work independently and with key partners across the organization. Maintain a professional appearance and participate in scheduled sales meetings and trainings via platforms such as Microsoft Teams. Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Possess sales experience; active state real estate license if required in state of residence. Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI). Technology Requirements
This is a Technology Sales Executive role. Proficiency in technology and comfort working in a virtual, performance-driven environment is required. The team uses Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and various proprietary programs. Candidates must be able to: Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions. Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background. Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations.
