Overview
The Syndication Analyst will support the Head of the Syndication Desk and other members of the Department in administrative and analytical tasks. Responsibilities include timely maintenance of internal databases, preparation of market reports and memos for internal and external consumption, and collection, compilation and analysis of market data to support pitches and activity in both the primary and secondary markets. Additional tasks may be added based on ongoing skill assessment and learning progression. Responsibilities

Prepare market reports and memos for internal and external consumption. Collect, compile and analyze market data to support pitches and activity in the primary market. Assist the desk with secondary market activity as needed. Take on additional tasks based on ongoing skill assessment and learning progression. Salary
The salary range for this position is 80k - 110k. Required Experience
0-3 years of experience. Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of financial instruments and debt capital markets. Knowledge of the loan syndication market, including structuring, distribution and closing phases. Knowledge of commercial, corporate and investment banking products. General knowledge of credit/financial analysis. Knowledge of legal documentation. Practical knowledge of Bloomberg, LPC, Dealogic, DebtDomain, SalesForce and ClearPar. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration with emphasis on corporate finance, financial accounting or economics or equivalent. About us
