Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Partner (GP) and team at a highly successful venture capital firm. This individual will play a critical role in managing logistics, strengthening relationships with partners, and ensuring seamless operations across the firm. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and can anticipate needs before they arise. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage complex calendars and scheduling for the GP and team. Coordinate and book domestic and international travel. Support management of the Los Angeles office, including facilities and operations. Provide occasional personal support to the GP. Plan, coordinate, and execute dinners, events, and annual LP meetings. Track industry conferences and team travel to identify opportunities for additional firm-hosted events and brand engagement. Maintain a thoughtful schedule of personal outreach to founders, investors, and VIPs for special dates (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, investment milestones). Lead all gift-giving initiatives for founders, LPs, vendors, and others in the firm's community. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the firm professionally. Adaptable and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and cloud-based storage platforms.
