Job Summary:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers / Assemblers to join a well-established manufacturing team in the Penn Yan area. This position involves hands-on work assembling and producing high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components according to production instructions and specifications
• Safely use hand tools and power tools (such as drills, wrenches, and rivet guns)
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools required
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
