Job Summary The Head of Finance is a strategic executive role responsible for shaping and executing the financial vision of Placement International. This individual will serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and managing the financial infrastructure of the organization. With strong analytical and leadership capabilities, the Head of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and legal compliance—ensuring Placement International's sustained growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements Experience & Education

8–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Experience in multinational or fast‑paced environments is strongly valued.

Technical & Strategic Skills

Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.

Deep knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership

Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.

Act as a key financial advisor to the executive team, supporting data‑informed decision‑making.

Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning across departments.

Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Cash Flow & Investment Management

Oversee daily liquidity and ensure operational financial flexibility.

Manage capital investment strategies, asset planning, and financial reserves.

Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, aligned with accounting standards and internal policies.

Supervise accounting operations and regulatory compliance.

Implement and oversee internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with auditors to maintain corporate governance.

HR Budgeting

Partner with HR on workforce planning, departmental budgeting, cost forecasting, and commission structure management.

Design and maintain program payment plans and refund policies.

Define program terms and obligations, ensuring legal and financial alignment.

Monitor impact on revenue, cash flow, and client satisfaction.

Contracts & Legal Compliance

Lead the preparation, review, and management of company contracts (partners, contractors, participants).

Ensure full legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Guide internal teams on contract matters, renewals, and performance obligations.
